Daishinshu圃場別仕込み 八重原地区
りょうすけ
The Daishinshu field-specific series, which I drank at a store once before and was impressed by its extraordinary taste.
This is another bottle from a different area.
The rice is Kinmon-nishiki, the same as the Shinshu Kamerei we just drank.
This is a complete coincidence.
However, the flavor vectors are quite different.
The Daishinshu is rather dry and crisp.
Even so, the fresh, mineral-rich mouthfeel that is typical of Nagano sake can still be felt, and the taste is clean and dry, but still very drinkable.
It seems that this series is probably only available in one bottle, but even so, I would definitely buy it if I saw it.
I was blessed with a good encounter.
