酒屋 巡
Are you drinking?
If you can drink, you can do anything!
(Antonio Miki style)
Now that I'm in my 40's... I'm suddenly thinking.
To be able to drink, you've got to have a good amount of money, strength, and health.
And if you've got all these three, then you can turn your life around depending on your spirit and guts!
...Oh, I think I've got a great line here.
I'm not trying to be funny, I'm trying to be serious.
Well, that's it for the drinker's flash of inspiration.
It's a troublesome time, but are you drinking?
I can't even go out for a drink because all the restaurants are closed.
On the way home from work, I couldn't get enough, so I bought a bottle at a liquor store.
First drink: Jyokuu, summer sake, Ryo*Ryoku.
It was half-raw (?). It's a semi-raw sake, and recommended for cold drinking.
As you would expect from an Aomori sake, it is full of the sweetness and flavor of the rice.
The faintly fragrant koji that smells in cold sake.
Although it has a raw sake feel, there is no astringent sourness, and it is like drinking a high-quality sweet sake with a strong sake feel.
It seems to go well with tofu, jibe-ni, and other light foods, or foods with strong flavors that go well with firm rice.
...Oh, I have natto in the refrigerator...
