Kanhokuto純米酒 平成28年製造
くま吉
Obtained after being left for a long period of time in a refrigerator somewhere else.
It is about 8 years old and I am concerned about the change in taste due to aging.
Drink it cold
Clear and colorless.
The aroma is mild, but there is a slight hint of maturity.
Aged richness similar to hiyaoroshi in the mouth.
Hot sake
Even paler than this year's production.
In addition, the matured flavor can be felt even when the sake is heated, and it does not move in a positive direction.
It does not move in a positive direction, so it may be more accurate to describe the taste as "aged" rather than "matured".
I realized that just because it is aged does not necessarily mean it will be tasty.
