Drinking at home in GW. My sons came back home and had a party. (^o^) The third bottle was Yamada-Nishiki 2022 from Sanchi. I buy San-do only when I find it at Hasegawa Sake-ten online, but I haven't bought it recently because it is a very competitive brand. (^_^;) Well, I think I have about 2 more bottles in stock, or not... (^_^;) Since Gokotsuru was a thicker type of sake, I tried Sansho, which has 13 degrees alcohol by volume. My eldest son has had it once, so he reacted to it immediately! (LOL) As a matter of fact, it had been laying in the refrigerator for almost a year. However, the flavor has not diminished at all! In fact, it is as wonderful as the one I drank before! It is refreshing and mildly sweet. It is refreshing, mildly sweet and mildly savory, and the slight carbonation gives it a great mouthfeel. I was drinking it while exclaiming, "It's too good! I was drinking it while exclaiming, "It's too good! I wonder why they can make such a delicious sake in Kumamoto, Kyushu. It disappeared in no time. It was very delicious! (I am very grateful to the Polish staff for their hard work!
