With the map painted on my mind, I found a mini-bottle of this sake at the supermarket, so I decided to have it with the seafood rolls I bought with it.
I decided to drink it cold.
It has a smooth and mild taste.
Kaisen-taimaki with wasabi (Tateyama)
Goes well with ❗️🤩.
The more you drink, the more the moderate richness and umami spreads 🤤.
The roughness felt in the slightly dry flavor of the alsobe is also a nice touch. The aroma is in harmony with the umami,
It also goes down the throat well and is easy to drink.
It was a delicious sake from Toyama. 👍🏻
