The last bottles in the hanpukai were Katsuma and this one.
We opened the bottle immediately. I served it with Kabako crab and yellowtail shabu-shabu.
The nigorosity is said to be different for each bottle.
Sake from a brewery close to the sea goes well with seafood from Toyama Bay.
