Takatsugu
Expedition & Train Sake. This time, we opened a bottle of the brewery's first pressing, which we got at the Takasago Shuzo brewery in Kokushimusou.
There are many different types of Kura-shu Ichiban Shibori, but when in doubt, choose Junmai-shu. This is freshly pressed sake that is bottled raw without being heated. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, and while it goes down the throat easily, you can taste the umami flavor. If you are not aware of the fact that it is unfiltered raw sake with an alcohol content of between 18 and 19 degrees Celsius, you can easily drink it.
This is one of those bottles that makes you feel the pleasure of visiting the brewery. Delicious: ‼️
