＜Strong syrup sweetness and alcohol.
Hourai's local ordinary sake.
At the international sake competition, IWC2022, it was awarded the trophy for the best sake in the ordinary sake category and the "Great Value Sake", which is given to sake that demonstrates excellent cost performance.
The aroma is pleasantly alcoholic and slightly sweet-tasting. The alcohol is felt well, but it is round, gentle, and delicious.
The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet with a hint of sourness. From the very beginning, there is a sense of alcohol. The sweetness is syrupy. The sweetness then spreads out.
The bitterness that comes out at the end seems to come from the alcohol, and it is so clear that it is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 15%. But the bitterness is gentle and not too sharp.
It was so delicious!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Chage from "On Your Mark". His sweet and strong voice is very attractive.
