(I've been too busy to raise the number of drinks I've had, so I'd like to raise it in a simplified way, focusing on the notes I made at that time 🙏)

Aroma of freshly cooked rice
Open the bottle!
First the supernatant
Tingling gas feeling on the tongue
Refreshingly juicy, bouncing sweetness
Green apple, melon and rice sweetness
Gorgeous complexity.
Beautiful acidity and sharpness.
When you mix the tailings, the mouthfeel is grapey and the umami is enhanced.
Good aroma of unrefined sake
Creamy and slightly bitter
Sweet and bitter with a long aftertaste.
The impression is fresh.
For some reason, it goes surprisingly well with o-hagi (rice cakes).
It might go well with Japanese sweets in particular.
As always, Kido's sake is very cost-effective and I want to support their corporate efforts!
