キラタソ
Tonight, we will compare these two bottles in support of Noto's sake brewery 🙌
Here is the second bottle 💁.
Takeba Junmai Ginjo Noto Gohyakumangoku Okazaki Shuzo Mfg.
This is a bottle that we commissioned to Okazaki Shuzo of Kamerei, Shinshu. Sake brewed by bringing in Gohyakumangoku produced in Noto. ☺️
The aroma is apple and muscat aroma typical of Shinshu Kamerei. The taste has that sourness and sweetness that makes it a Shinshu Kamerei sake, but the rice is Ihyakumangoku, so the spicy bitterness in the back end has a nice edge and is light on the throat, making it very delicious 😋😋😋.
Both bottles were meh, so next time I'm going to try the pure Takeba 🙌
