This is the sake that got me hooked on sake.
Every time I buy a bottle of sake, it's not enough...
It has a sweet taste and a fresh aroma.
From the beginning to the end, you can taste the sweetness of fresh pear-like fruit rather than sugar.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste that makes the sweetness seem less persistent.
It is my personal favorite at the moment, except for Jyushiyo, which is hard to find.
It's one you have to try once!
