Kenkon'ichi特別純米辛口

I spent the Obon holiday relaxing at my wife's parents' house, and on my way home, I went to Tokyo alone. I was exhausted from the trip, but I needed to eat, so I went to a nearby sushi restaurant.
I drank a little too much, but I enjoyed a glass of Kenkunichi that day. It was elegant, dry, not too assertive, and delicious.
Perfect when you want to enjoy your meal 😊.
The picture is of a clam with a hearty broth, and the nigiri was a tough mussel, according to the owner. Both were great. LOL!
