I have only had the new sake from Gohyakumangoku, so I ordered it right away.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a slight acidity with a rich umami and sweetness typical of sake from Aichi Prefecture.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
This is delicious!
I love the rich umami of Aichi sake 🥰.
