Warai (Laughter).
W Aizan has a mellow aroma like sweet strawberries, and a smooth, glossy sweetness.
It has a fine, round, gentle flavor that is unique to Aizan, which is also known as the diamond of rice.
The "W Series" is a junmai-daiginjo standard with rice polished up to 50%, but it is labeled as junmai-shu.
This is because we do not believe that reducing the polished rice or playing with the numbers will bring us closer to the essence of what the W Series is about.
