It was a simply delicious sake, with a mild sweetness that was firm yet easy to drink. I found another sake I like! A diamond of rice [Aizan] ✍. ▼ Reference 100% "Aiyama" sake rice, a rare and much-loved sake rice, is used. Brewed for select sake retailers who are the future of sake, this limited-quantity, made-to-order product from the Watanabe Sake Brewery What does the "W" in the brand name mean? Watanabe Sake Brewery (Watanabe) World Warai (Laughter). W Aizan has a mellow aroma like sweet strawberries, and a smooth, glossy sweetness. It has a fine, round, gentle flavor that is unique to Aizan, which is also known as the diamond of rice. The "W Series" is a junmai-daiginjo standard with rice polished up to 50%, but it is labeled as junmai-shu. This is because we do not believe that reducing the polished rice or playing with the numbers will bring us closer to the essence of what the W Series is about. ◆Specifications Category: Sake (Junmai-shu) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used:Aiyama Rice Polishing Ratio:50 Sake Degree: -9 Acidity: 1.6 Yeast used: M310 Alcohol content: 16.2 Storage method: cool and dark place Producer: Watanabe Shuzoten (Gifu Prefecture)
