Sake given to me by a junior colleague.
This is the first time I have had Yukio. This sake seems to be sold only in Niigata Prefecture.
I had an image that Niigata sake was light and dry, but it is a delicious sake with a good flavor of rice, as it is made by Aizan.
It is still dry and very easy to drink.
The sugar content is just right, and although there are different tastes for Aizan sake, this sake is one that all sake lovers will like.
The Yukio label is also interesting, and I would pick up this sake again if I find it.
