Polishing ratio 60%, 15% alc. 100% Yumemizuho produced in Noto This sake is brewed with rice grown by the contract farmers of Kazuma Shuzo, who were affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, in cooperation with Akabu Shuzo brewery in Tohoku. There is nothing sharp about this sake, and it has a gentle taste, with a soft sweetness spreading softly around the middle. It is a good sake.
