Cute label, but quite deep, or maybe not the gooey type? The aroma is fruity, and when you put it on your tongue, it's dry, with quite a bit of bite! And the bitterness is quite strong. The sharpness is gentle. It's a little tangy, but not too much. The bitterness is the most noticeable, but of course it's not unpleasant! Delicious.
If you are a sake beginner, it might not be what you expect. I like it!
