Offering times! My first Akabu got twisted 🎵🎵🎵🤯🤯 Maybe it's the liquor store, or maybe it's the long 24-hour carry-on... (probably the latter) ☠️
After opening the bottle, I stored it in the snow to skip the cemedine.
It is too good to be used as a cooking sake! It's a sweet sake if you include it!
I thought about letting it mature over the winter since it was so twisted, but the pace at the beginning of the year is faster than expected, so I decided to drink it... I hope to see it in its best form next time...
