一本義 仙介🇺🇦
It is a sake from Niigata.
A year ago, I bought a bottle of this sake at a liquor store and read on a pop-up that it tastes good even if you let it sit for a year, so I let it sit for a year.
It has a yogurt-like aroma, a sour taste, and a honey-like sweetness. The sweetness seems to have increased a bit.
It tastes sweet and sour, more like sweet lemon yogurt than citrus or citrus flavor.
It seems to have become a little more sweet after being laid down.
How about when it is warmed up?
Warmth, sourness, sweetness, and spiciness spread to the side.
All in one, smooth.
It is pleasant and has no sharpness at all.
The sweetness has a refreshing aftertaste. Reminiscent of a soft tangerine drink.
Even heated sake can be drunk smoothly with such a refreshing aftertaste.
Very tasty.
