Shizengo Aki Enyu Junmai Non-filtered Sake
The fresh sourness comes first with an initial gusto, followed by a fruity aroma. It was an autumnal sake with a lot of flavor. A friend of mine in Fukushima sent it to me. I was drinking it by itself today, so next time I'd like to drink it with Japanese food.
