Today was the pre-show for my daughter's coming-of-age ceremony.
I was looking forward to drinking it on this day♪ Raifuku Sparkling. I think the name of the wine is perfect for this day.
We were blessed with good weather and it turned out to be a very nice anniversary!
The carbon dioxide gas that spreads in the mouth gives it a refreshing taste. It retains just the right amount of the rice's natural sweetness, with a crisp, gassy aftertaste.
My wife and I are enjoying it while reminiscing about our grown children.
