At home. I took the liberty of drinking Nara sake - Vol. 4 ‼️ This time we had a bottle of nigori sake from Toyosawa Shuzo, a brewery located in Nara City (near Yamatokoriyama City), Nara Prefecture. ‼️ Toyosawa Shuzo is also located in Kyoto, right? A little research shows that they started as a sake wholesaler in Osaka in 1868, and established breweries in Kyoto, Nada, Nara, Sennan, Okayama, etc., and now have independent breweries in Fushimi and Nara, respectively (this is very rough information, so please don't be misled). Toyoshuku is also listed as a Kyoto sake brewery in this sake-no-wa. Wow, I learned a lot about the history of sake breweries. The taste is fragrant, sweet and sour. The sourness is more noticeable when it is mixed. Yes, it is delicious. ‼️ I would like to try different kinds.

Good evening, Mr. Purple Pride. I like the Nara sake series on its own 👍I'm curious about all of your sake! Toyoshuku had a sake brewery from Kansai to Okayama, didn't they? I see.

Hello purple pride 🍶. I used to drink arabashiri at an izakaya and was so impressed that I went to the brewery to buy some. Toyoshuku in Nara has a standing bar at a station 😋. If you have a chance, please do 🍶.
