Purchased at Kaneda-ya near Urasa Station when visiting for business.
It has a strong umami taste with a hint of acidity.
A slight astringency lingers in the mouth as a pleasant aftertaste.
I was regretting why I did not use a larger bottle, but I went home with high hopes for the rest of the sake that I had carefully stored in my bag (to be continued).
