まさきち
Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Nama Genshu
I sometimes drink unpasteurized sake. I'm not very good at it.
The dark green bottle has a red label. The silver lettering of "DAN". It is cool.
It buys a jacket.
Aroma
There is a little. That unique scent. I don't know how to describe it. It's the unique smell of unpasteurized sake.
It's thick and softly sweet. A banana-like astringency.
When I drank it, I couldn't recognize the aroma anymore.
But it's there in the aftertaste. Aroma of astringency?
I like the sizzling sweetness, so I'll let it sit for a bit.
