Kiyotsuru百六十八年目乃お酒 純米吟醸 本生
くるま麩
Sake from Tondasato, Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture
Junmai Ginjo-shu named after the number of years since its establishment
Nama sake seems to be limited in quantity
Dry but with a touch of sweetness afterwards
It has a very unique aroma.
If I were to use an analogy, it would be like a Hakka-flavored candy drop.
(Note: I let it sit for 2 days before drinking, and the unique aroma disappeared, and I started to taste sourness and fruity flavor. I prefer this one.
