なぎすけI bought it at a souvenir shop. Niigata is famous for its sake such as Hakkaisan and Kubota. I was torn between this and honjozo, but I chose this one to drink chilled. It has a mild aroma, but once it hits the palate, it has a firm umami and acidity, and is refreshingly clean and crisp. It makes me want to eat sashimi or boiled fish with ginger... But since I don't have any, I had the golden and silver packaged cubes of tuna as a snack. 6P cheese and tuna are the best snacks when you put them together.
