Since it's winter time, I'm thinking a lot of nigori sake, but this sake is amazing ❗️
The aroma is sweet with a hint of yogurt. A sip reveals a tangy, raw, fizzy feeling on the tongue, followed by a sharp, spicy taste and nigori sake morsels on the tongue. It is wonderfully sharp ❗️ and has none of the sweetness of nigori sake ❗️A great sake ❤️
