I don't like to buy hiyaoroshi, but not Saku & Nanada!
The Suzukagawa brand joined our ranks last year.
It has a strong umami flavor with a slightly bitter aftertaste, which I like.
I like it!
I think it has a more mature taste than last year.
I would like to drink this sake not only once a year but many times a year. ❣️

I think it has a more relaxed atmosphere than Saku.
Compared to the glamorous Saku, I wouldn't say it's classical, but I think it's more like sake, but I won't be responsible for my words lol.
