This is a challenging sake from Shigemasu. This time, the alcohol content is 11%.
To be honest, we think it is a bit thin in terms of drinkability, but it has a good low alcohol content and a good acidity which is good for hot weather. And it is cheap😄.
I found myself drinking a lot of it. Thanks for the drink 🍶.
