KOUEIGIKU's Aizan, which I drank the other day, had a wonderful bitterness. However, the bitterness of this Omachi is a little more moderate. The taste is similar, but it is gentler than Aiyama.
If you compare it to Ghibli, it's like the father of "Tonari Totoro", Mr. Tatsuo Kusakabe. The other day's Hello! KOUEIGIKU Aiyama was the father of Umi-chan in "From Up on Poppy Hill", but Omachi is a little softer and gentler.
