Rishu
An unfamiliar red sake obtained on an out-of-prefecture expedition. I had researched a sake shop that sold locally brewed sake beforehand. When I looked into the fridge, I found a bottle of Akabu with a sign that said "One bottle per customer, please. It must be delicious.
The first sip has a clear flavor typical of Akabu. The first sip is clear and clear like Akabu, but it soon fills the mouth with an elegant astringency and a sweet umami flavor. It has a strong flavor despite its 13% alcohol content. It is delicious.
