This is a freshly stored sake in the snow. Stored in the snow for 100 days at a temperature of 0°C and 100% humidity, it is said to become mellow and rounded. It is a popular sake and very tasty.
Purchased at the brewery. The exterior of the brewery looks like a town factory. Sorry for the sudden visit before the Bon Festival (lol).
When I asked for a recommendation, they brought out a bottle from the warehouse that had not been labeled yet. The bottle was a strange bottle, but it was rather rare, and I was grateful for that (laugh).
The Junmai is 1,650 yen, but the Snow Storage is a bit expensive, so how about 1,700 yen?
