Hana-no-Kou Junmai Daiginjo Sakurabana.
This is a year-round standard product of Hana-no-Kou, which is distributed only in Kumamoto Prefecture by Hana-no-Kou Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer in Kumamoto Prefecture.
As the Sanchi no Kako was featured on today's UTAGE, we corked up a bottle of this one and toasted it while watching the show!
It has a slightly yellowish, thick texture, a fruity ginjo aroma, and a delicious flavor that fills the mouth and finishes brightly like a cherry blossom snowstorm. The bitterness is a very good accent, and the balance is very interesting and very delicious!
