This is my first Fudo 🎵I have always wanted to drink it, but I didn't know of any stores near me, so I found it at a liquor store in Ikebukuro when I was in Tokyo for a short visit.
I had a bottle of Fudo Junmai Ginjo Orikigarami Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Shu.
As soon as the bottle was opened, it slowly started to auto-stir 😊It wasn't as good as the second fermentation in the bottle, so I ended up twirling it myself (lol).
The aroma was sweet like apples. This aroma is ❤, bad ❤.
In the mouth, it is just like a fruity cider❗❗❗
The sweetness with a sense of lactic acidity, and the bitterness at the end... ❗❗ ❗
Yummmm, yummy!
This is my favorite 😊.
It's delicious on its own, but today's entrée was tuna and Thai sashimi 🐟.
Speaking of Chiba sake, I often drink Koshi and Kangiku, but Fudo is also very good 🎉 Chiba sake is amazing!
