Sagaminada Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake

Lunch sake at a soba noodle shop. Sagaminada, a familiar sake brewery but not yet tasted, looks delicious with a thin layer of lees. Melon-like aroma and taste. It has a sweet and sour aftertaste with a little bitterness. We were satisfied to drink it with soba noodles.
