I drank White the year before last and Red last year and liked both series. The liquor store said that only White was sold this year.
The bottle was opened with a gasp sound. The aroma was pear-like. There is a slight gassy feeling when you drink it. It has a fruity sweetness like a peach that is not too ripe, and the sweetness is not sticky and turns into the umami of the rice. Very much to my liking.
