Even though it is a sparkling sake, the lid was a screw-on cap, so it took me a while to open it so it wouldn't overflow.
When poured into a glass, it was light white in color❗️The aroma was faintly fruity and sweet❗️A tingling sensation of fizziness on the tongue when you take a sip❗️ followed by a sharp spicy taste❗️❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink❤️
