On the Instagram of a neighborhood liquor store I often visit, there was a post about how this was the first time I met Kibotsuru. I was so deeply moved that I bought it.
I will taste it again.
The first time I drank it, I remember it was easy to drink and delicious! But when I drink it now, the acidity comes to the fore, just like a summer sake, and it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is also well-balanced! As a junmai sake, the rice flavor is also very strong and satisfying!
I feel like checking out the sake I enjoyed when I first started drinking sake 😊.
