I stopped by a sake store in Yawata City, Kyoto, which I have visited in the past and discovered it. It is a popular brand, so I bought it for the first time.
It is a sake brewed with flat polished rice. I learned that "Takachiyo" does not have a specific name or rice polishing ratio. Takachiyo" does.
My impression is that it is very juicy and sharp. It has a hint of pear.
