The last sake of the year is another bottle from Kido for New Year's.
It is soft and refreshing on the palate. The spiciness comes in later, but the umami is also very strong and tasty.
I think it might be my favorite type of sake.
The hamburger steak I made for the first time in a long time was also delicious, and it was a good end to the meal.
