Ichibiki", which is not usually seen at stores that carry this sake, seems to mean "blame", which is bottled with the remainder of the orihiki after it has been drawn. It has a fruity aroma, but as is typical of super-harakuchi sake, it is very crisp and clean on the palate. It has a sharp but full-bodied aftertaste, perhaps thanks to the orikomi.
