At first, it was sold at room temperature, so I'll drink it as it is.
The aroma is sour.
The taste is... oh, yes? Is this sake?
It tastes like a slightly sweet and sour juice.
There is nothing like sake...what is going on here?
I feel it's like a sports drink without the peachiness of natural peach water...well, I don't know how to describe it...it's so light!
I tried drinking it chilled, and it definitely tastes better chilled!
I think it's good to drink it sometimes when you're tired of drinking strong sake.
It's not too sweet or sour, and I like it as a normal sake.
However, I don't think this is a good opportunity for me to try other sake.
I think it's a great approach because it's a big company, and it's amazing that they can do something like this with the sake production process.
