When the bottle is opened, it has a "sous-pop" feeling.
Moderate gassiness
Slightly sweet melon-like top note
The same aroma as the topping, the aroma of rice malt, the soft umami of rice, and the mild sweetness, along with a moderate acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, spread with a slight gasiness and a light bitterness, and then it finishes quickly and smoothly.
The impression is well-balanced and mellow, and it goes well with meals or on its own.
It went well with dried ishiru (red fish) from Ishikawa, chilled tofu with shoyu covered with leeks from Chiba Prefecture that I bought at Cardi's, and egg rolls.
It also went well with bonito tataki and Tokachi-style pork bowl.
