A friend of mine asked me to buy this for her, and I bought one for myself.
The first sip was mellow, with a bit of acidity and a thick sweetness that I thought was delicious, but the aftertaste was very long and gradually became pungent and cloying. There is almost no aroma.
When the temperature rose a little and I rolled it around in my mouth, the aroma of rice reached my nose. Indeed, I feel this is a sake like no other!
