Attack is surprisingly sweet. Is it due to alcohol?
Perhaps due to the strong addition of alcohol, the complexity disappears early on in the aftertaste, leaving only a sense of alcohol.
Contrary to the impression of a stand-alone sake, it goes exceptionally well with salty foods such as salted squid and seared firefly squid.
As a food sake, it has a wonderful world view.
I thought this kind of sake goes well with salty food.
