Myakki
This is the first time I drank Drunken Whale, although it is famous and I was curious about it.
I have a feeling it will become a staple.
It's dry, but not so dry that it makes you feel dizzy. You can also taste the sweetness.
I think sake with a fruit-like aroma would be delicious, but for now this is right in the middle.
This time we served it with sukiyaki and cod roe.
I think it can be paired with anything.
Next time I want to pair it with iburi-gakko cheese.
