On the last day of my trip to Nara, after visiting Miwa Myojin, I went to the Miwa-za Cafe at the Imanishi Sake Brewery Ekimae Branch to have a sake tasting at the store on the approach to the temple.
We started with the first sake on the left, Bodaihashiroshi Junmai.
The first aroma was faintly sweet.
The first aroma was a faint sweet aroma, and when we sipped it, we could taste the rich sweetness and full-bodied flavor of Bodai Hashiroshi with a refreshing acidity.
It is not as thick as Takacho, which is also a Bodai Hashiro, and surprisingly refreshing.
It was delicious.
The third picture is the worship hall, but the construction is in the way.
