Yesterday was Christmas Eve🎄.
I looked for a green or red sake from my stock, but I opened a bottle of this one with the greenest bottle.
It has been sleeping for more than a year and a half, so let's wake up and have it!
The raw hiney aroma I was worried about 🙆🙆It's totally fine.
Yesterday I felt the green label was enough, but this one is fresh & fruity without any clutter 😋.
Last year in early spring, it was available at the brewery store for quite a long time!
This year it was immediately changed to fire-brewed!
I wonder what will happen to 2026😥.
The collaboration sake cups are 2024 and 2025 🍶.
