The flavor and spiciness in the mouth is gooey. I've had it cold, cold, lukewarm, and hot, and it was best with cold sake. The hotter it was, the stronger the spiciness, bitterness, and astringency became. Today, Minmin Gyoza (dumplings) were on sale for about 60 yen, so I enjoyed them with the sake. Umasu.
