Strong style nigori sake with high alcohol content and high lees content.
This is a doburoku sour with strong carbonated water 👍.
I have tried it in various ways, but the best balance for me is to make it with 3 parts doburoku and 1 part soda water.
It's like a smoothie, and you can drink it with gusto, but it has a reasonably high alcohol content when mixed this way, so it's a very dangerous drink if you're not careful. ⚠️
It's insanely delicious, but it's just crazy milk🤣🤣.
